Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid QookMe subscriptions and purchases. QookMe is operated by SIU Labs Ltd ("SIU Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

This Policy applies to paid QookMe subscriptions and purchases made through QookMe or our website. Refund questions are handled by SIU Labs through QookMe support.

2. Free plan

The Free plan does not involve a subscription fee and is not eligible for refunds.

3. Paid plans

QookMe may offer paid plans, including:

  • Plus - $4.99 per month.
  • Pro - $9.99 per month.

Prices may vary by location, taxes, currency, and promotions.

4. Paid subscription refunds

If you purchase a paid QookMe subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, contact hello@qookme.com with:

  • Your account email.
  • Purchase date.
  • Transaction ID or receipt, if available.
  • The plan purchased.
  • A brief reason for the request.

An initial subscription refund request is eligible when it is made within this 30-day window and the account is not connected to fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund misuse. For eligible requests, SIU Labs will issue a refund to the original payment method where possible.

5. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or a written offer that applies to your purchase.

You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue a paid plan. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Technical problems

If you were charged but paid features were not made available due to a technical issue on our side, contact hello@qookme.com. We may, after verification:

  • Restore access.
  • Extend your subscription.
  • Apply a credit.
  • Issue a refund where appropriate.

7. Exceptions

Refund requests may be refused where:

  • The request is made outside the applicable refund window.
  • The request relates to a renewal payment rather than the initial subscription purchase.
  • The account was suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund misuse.
  • Applicable law does not require a refund and no refund promise applies.

8. EU and UK consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content or digital services. These rights may be affected once a digital service has started, where you have requested immediate access or otherwise consented to immediate performance.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Response time

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
